At Boatworld, we want you to be completely satisfied with your nautical-inspired attire, which is why we offer a 30-day window for all returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your Boatworld account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the packing slip is included and the Return Authorization number is clearly visible.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
